The earlier MoU was signed by Meity Anita, CEO of Financial Wealth Indonesia, acting as the program orchestrator and ecosystem integrator, BTN, serving as the financial services provider through Bale by BTN, and the Regent of North Minahasa, representing the regional ecosystem owner and local development policy leader.
As part of this strategic collaboration, the parties have prepared a dedicated regional ecosystem platform which will gradually be deployed to support easier financial transactions and digital services across the North Minahasa Regency Government.
During the initial implementation phase, the platform will be progressively adopted by several government agencies, including: Department of Industry; Department of Trade; Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda); Department of Fisheries; and Department of Community and Village Empowerment (PMD).
The signing ceremony of the Cooperation Agreement was led by Robby Parengkuan, Assistant II of the North Minahasa Regency Government, and attended by the Heads of the Fisheries Department, Industry Department, Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda), Trade Department, and Community and Village Empowerment Department (PMD).

This strategic collaboration will soon enter the implementation phase across the participating government agencies, with key objectives including: enhancing public service delivery; building an integrated regional ecosystem; improving digital and financial transaction efficiency; strengthening regional economic activities; and increasing Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in a sustainable manner.
Speaking at the event, Meity Anita, CEO of Financial Wealth Indonesia (FWI), emphasized that the initiative is not intended merely to introduce another technology platform, but rather to support regional development acceleration through service integration, economic empowerment, and the creation of an ecosystem that delivers tangible benefits to both communities and local governments.
Through the support of digital banking services provided by Bale by BTN, the initiative is expected to expand financial inclusion, simplify access to financial transactions, and strengthen North Minahasa's position as one of Indonesia's pioneering regions in the development of integrated regional ecosystems.
The collaboration between FWI, the North Minahasa Regency Government, and BTN is expected to establish a strong foundation for a more connected, efficient, and sustainable regional development model for the future.
